Welcome to Saudagran — Pakistan's Premier Business Ecosystem & Organizational Networking Platform. These terms govern your use of our platform.
By accessing or using the Saudagran platform (website, mobile application, or related programs), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers (service providers), organizations (NGOs/foundations), and visitors.
Saudagran is operated by Saudagran (Private) Limited, registered in Pakistan. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Business accounts must be authorized by a legal representative. Saudagran reserves the right to refuse program, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
Saudagran connects verified buyers and sellers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any sale agreement. All contracts are directly between buyer and seller.
Organizations may publish welfare programs, scholarships, health programs, and training opportunities. Saudagran does not guarantee funding or placement but provides a platform for application management.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings. All products must comply with applicable laws, including health, safety, and labeling requirements. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Saudagran reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Buyers may submit RFQs specifying product requirements, quantity, delivery location, and deadline. Sellers may respond with quotations. Saudagran does not guarantee responses or outcomes. RFQ data is stored securely and may be used to improve matching algorithms.
By submitting an RFQ, you consent to being contacted by sellers and Saudagran representatives regarding your request. We do not charge fees for RFQ submission, but premium plans may offer priority visibility.
Saudagran offers tiered subscription plans for sellers and organizations: Free (PKR 0/mo), Starter (PKR 18,000/mo), Growth (PKR 45,000/mo), and Elite (PKR 85,000/mo). All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, withholding tax, etc.).
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before renewal. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We use third-party payment processors; by subscribing, you agree to their terms. Saudagran does not store complete payment credentials.
For organization program applications, no fees are charged to beneficiaries. Organizations may be charged for premium program promotion features.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Saudagran and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including design, logos, trademarks ("Saudagran"), software, and content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
By posting content (listings, program descriptions, images), you grant Saudagran a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing materials. You represent that you own or have permission to post the content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saudagran (including its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or transaction disputes.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or PKR 10,000 if no payments). We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party links.
Dispute Resolution: Transactions between buyers and sellers are private contracts. Saudagran is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or payment disputes. We may, at our discretion, provide mediation assistance but are not obligated to resolve disputes.
Either party may terminate your account at any time for any reason. Saudagran may suspend or terminate access immediately without notice for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any data. Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Karachi, Pakistan. For disputes under PKR 500,000, either party may elect binding arbitration under the Pakistan Arbitration Act 1940.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom indicates when changes were made. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
